I am trying hard not to make all of my cards with items from the upcoming 2015 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog…but there is so much great stuff that I can’t wait to share with you!! 🙂 Today I used the Butterfly Basics stamp set and matching Butterflies Thinlits Dies to create a birthday card.

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that you’re all enjoying a lovely meal with friends and family today. I’ve got the Prime Rib cooking, the pies are done and the sides all ready to go in the oven. Yummy!!

I saw this cool “in and out” embossing technique on Susan Roberts blog (thanks so much Connie T for pinning it!!) and I had to give it a try. It’s really easy and I love the way that it turned out!

July Paper Pumpkin – Stampin’ Up!
My July Paper Pumpkin Kit arrived a few days ago and I just had a few minutes to put it together. I love this set of birthday cards and gift boxes! And this kit arrived just in time, I’ve got a pile of birthdays coming up. 🙂
