I used the Yippee-Skippee, Hearts a Flutter and Language of Love stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create an Anniversary/love card. My card design was inspired by Seize the Sketch #17.
I must confess, I started out planning to post a single layer Valentine for The Paper Players challenge this week and somehow my single layer card using the Geometrical stamp set morphed into a three layer card! So I went back to the drawing board and created a single layer card with the Language of Love stamp set. I thought that I’d share them both with you today since they were both fairly quick to make.
I used the Follow My Heart stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to create a clean and simple card to share with you today. This stamp set is one of the valentine promotional items that are only available for one more week from Stampin’ Up! Today I’m sharing a card that I made with the Pop & Place and Christmas Tagables bundle from Stampin’ Up! The Pop & Place Bundles are available until December 31 so be sure to get yours before they’re gone! There are four options for purchasing these items:
- Christmas Tagables Photopolymer Stamp Set $13.95
- Pop & Place Holiday Gift Tags Book $9.95
- Pop & Place Holiday Gift Tags Bundle $19.95 (includes stamp set and tags)
- Pop & Place Holiday Gift Tags Bundle Starter Kit $24.95 (includes stamp set, tags, a Soft Suede ink spot and a clear block)
Had some fun playing with the new In Colors and the Simply Pressed Clay that will both be available on May 31 from Stampin’ Up! I used my Hearts a Flutter Framelits Die to “cut” the Simply Pressed Clay while it was still wet, it worked a lot like a cookie cutter…so fun! My card design was inspired by the Sketch Frenzy Friday 051713.
Today I’m sharing a card that I made with the Stampin’ Up! stamp set called The Open Sea. I’m also giving you another sneak peek at some new colors…Smoky Slate and Baked Brown Sugar. I distressed and sponged everything on this card! And I had to take a deep breath before I allowed myself to tear a chunk of card stock off the top, I’m usually far to obsessed with getting things exactly right to just rip a piece off….but I’m learning to let go. 🙂

The card design was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches #85.
