After spending the day shopping yesterday, I thought I’d give you a quick idea to get you started on wrapping.  I made a little gift card holder using the Top Note die.

Here is the list of products that you will need to make this card:

• Top Note Bigz Die (113463)
• Curly Label Punch (119851)
• Delicate Designs Embossing Folder (127023)
• Silver Glimmer Paper (124005)
• Real Red Card Stock (102482)
• Basic Black Card Stock (121045)
• Whisper White Card Stock (100730)
• Sticky Strip (104294)
• Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246) – optional extra

I started by cutting two pieces of Real Red Card Stock with the Top Note Bigz Die and I trimmed one of the die cuts to 3 3/8″ tall.  I cut one piece of Whisper White Card Stock to 3/4″ x 3 3/8″ and placed it in the center of the Top Note Die and cut it.  Then I cut another piece of Whisper White Card Stock to 1 1/4″ wide and cut it with the Top Note Die.  I embossed both of those pieces with the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder and adhered the 3/4″ strip up the center of the shorter Real Red die cut and adhered the wider strip across the top of the full size Real Red die cut.  Then I trimmed a piece of Basic Black Card Stock to 1 1/8″ wide and cut it with the center of the top note die.  I punched the belt buckle with the Curly Label Punch from Silver Glimmer Paper and  made a slit just over 1 1/8″ long on either side so that I could slide the belt through.  Once that was done, I adhered the belt to the shorter top note die.  Then I used Sticky Strip along the edges to adhere the two Real Red die cuts together.

This photo has some rhinestones that I colored with a black Sharpie marker.  I added those to look like little buttons down the Santa Suit.
