Stampin’ Up! products used to create this card:

Stamps, Ink & Embellishments:  My Paper Pumpkin Welcome Kit (when you go to the My Paper Pumpkin website to subscribe and this will be your first kit).  The kit contains everything that you need to create four cards (except for the adhesives), including stamps, a clear-mount acrylic block, ink, card stock, embellishments and four envelopes.

Adhesive:  Glue Dots (103683) to adhere the buttons, all of the other pieces in this kit are self-adhesive

Optional Dies & Punches:  Apothecary Accents Framelits Dies (127003); Scallop Oval Punch (119857)

Optional Embellishments:  Whisper White Baker’s Twine (124262)

Optional Card Stock Cuts:  Lucky Limeade (122926) – Scallop Oval Punch

Here are some individual photos of the cards and their envelopes (I added a few ink splatter stamps to the envelopes too).  The first photo is made just like the instructions show:

This is a card just like the instructions show only I turned it on its side:

I used the Apothecary Accents Framelits Dies to create a die cut in the center of the third card.  I just did a quick large X in the center of the card and placed the framelit over it and ran it through the big shot:

 Then I stamped the sentiment in the center of the polka dot paper and I adhered it behind the die cut and added the embellishments from the kit:

Since I hate to waste good die cuts, for the last card I used the die cut piece from the third card and layered it behind the Scallop Oval Punch (Lucky Limeade) that I’d stamped the sentiment on and I tied a little piece of Whisper White Baker’s Twine through the button:
