I used the You’re Lovely stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share today.  The You’re Lovely stamp set is a Sale-a-bration exclusive and will only be available for a few more days!

My card design was inspired by the CAS(E) this Sketch #68 and The Paper Players #187 Challenges.

I started by adhering a panel of Afternoon Picnic DSP to a panel of Crushed Curry card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a wide strip from a different pattern of the Afternoon Picnic DSP and used my Paper Snips to trim the banner end.  I adhered the DSP banner to the card front with SNAIL.  I punched three banners using the Banner Punch (Sale-a-bration item) from the Afternoon Picnic DSP pack and I adhered them with SNAIL to the card front.

Then I stamped the image from the You’re Lovely stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in StazOn Jet Black Ink on a Very Vanilla panel and I colored it with my Stampin’ Write Markers.  I stamped the sentiment from the A Dozen Thoughts stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in StazOn Jet Black Ink, using my Stamp-a-ma-jig to help with placement.

I cut the sentiment out with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits die and layered it over a 2″ circle that I’d cut with the Circles #2 Originals Die from Coastal Cabana Core’dinations Card Stock (from the 2013-15 In Color Core’dinations Card Stock pack).  I sanded the edges of the Core’dinations Card Stock with my Stampin’ Sanding Block, sponged both pieces with Soft Suede ink, then adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I added a strip of Afternoon Picnic DSP and a strip of Coastal Cabana card stock to a Very Vanilla panel inside the card.
