Okay, so once again I didn’t plan this very well…who (besides me) posts a Happy Father’s Day card on Mother’s Day???  I was so excited to show of my new goodies from Stampin’ Up! that I didn’t even pay attention to the fact that I’d be posting this card on the Mother’s Day.  Oops!!  Oh well, I hope that you like this one anyway.  🙂

Here is my card to share today, the card design was inspired by Seize the Sketch #19.

I started by stamping a panel of Sahara Sand card stock with the image from the Hardwood Stamp (wood mount and clear mount) in Sahara Sand ink.  Then I adhered a panel from the Moonlight DSP Stack (available June 2) to the stamped panel with SNAIL.

I wrapped a strip of the Lost Lagoon 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon (available June 2) around the panels, covering the seam and I adhered it with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the panels to a Lost Lagoon card base with SNAIL.

I stamped a panel of Lost Lagoon card stock (available June 2) with the Positively Chevron image (wood mount and clear mount) in Lost Lagoon ink (available June 2), punched three banners with the Banner Punch (available June 2) and adhered them to the card front with SNAIL.  I repeated the process with Sahara Sand card stock and ink.

I stamped the image from the Traveler stamp set (available June 2) in Lost Lagoon ink on a Lost Lagoon card stock panel, then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Lost Lagoon ink on a Lost Lagoon card stock panel, punched it out with the Word Window Punch, layered it over a Modern Label Punch, then adhered the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a leftover strip from the Moonlight DSP Stack to a strip of Lost Lagoon card stock, then to a Whisper White panel inside the card.
