I used the new Watercolor Thank You and Park Lane DSP from Stampin’ Up! to create my card for the Try Stampin’ on Tuesday #172 Sketch.  This sketch is just perfect to showcase your designer papers, I hope that you’ll play along with us!

I started by adhering a panel of Park Lane DSP to a Blackberry Bliss card stock panel with SNAIL.  Then I cut two strips of Park Lane DSP, punched the ends with the Hexagon Punch and adhered them to the card front with SNAIL.

I wrapped two strands of Blackberry Bliss 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon around the panel and adhered them with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Blackberry Bliss card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I inked up the Corner Garden stamp in Blackberry Bliss ink, stamped it twice on scrap paper, then stamped it on a Whisper White panel.  After letting the ink dry a few minutes, I colored a few touches of the image with the Medium Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blendabilities Marker.

I stamped the sentiment from the Watercolor Thank You stamp in Blackberry Bliss ink over the Corner Garden image and cut it out with an Ovals Collection Framelits Die.  I layered the sentiment over an oval that I’d cut from Blackberry Bliss card stock with the next size up Ovals Collection Framelits Die, then adhered the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I inked up the Corner Garden image again in Blackberry Bliss ink, stamped it off twice on scrap paper, then stamped it on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
