I actually didn’t use any stamps on my card today!  Instead, I used the Ornate Tag Topper Punch and the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies from Stampin’ Up! to make my project to share today.

My card design was inspired by Retrosketches #151.

I started by adhering a panel from the Best Year Ever DSP pack (Sale-A-Bration item) to a panel of Sahara Sand card stock with SNAIL.

I punched a panel of Sahara Sand card stock with the Ornate Tag Topper Punch (on sale through Feb 9 for 25% off), then I embossed the tag with the Happy Hearts Embossing Folder.  I flipped the tag so that the debossed hearts were up and I pulled a strand of Coastal Cabana Thick Baker’s Twine through the loop, wrapped it around the DSP panel twice, then tied a piece of Calypso Coral Pompom Trim through the bow.

I adhered the bottom of the tag with a little SNAIL to the DSP panel, then adhered the layered panel to a Coastal Cabana card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut the “for you” sentiment with one of the dies from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies set from Coastal Cabana card stock and I adhered it to the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used the flower punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack punches to punch flowers from Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry and Calypso Coral card stock.  I adhered the flowers to the card front with rolled up Glue Dots, then added a Pearl Basic Jewel to the center of each flower to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of the Best Year Ever DSP to a strip of Coastal Cabana card stock, then to a Whisper White panel inside the card.
