Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Wreath for The Paper Players

I used the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Wreath stamp set to create my card for The Paper Players color challenge this week.

The layout for my card was inspired by Fab Friday 76.

I started by stamping wreath image from the Peaceful Wreath photopolymer stamp set on a panel of Whisper White card stock in VersaMark ink.  I sprinkled the image with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.

I colored the little holly berries on the image with my Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker, then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL and to a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Peaceful Wreath 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I cut a strip from the Red Foil Sheets, punched the ends with the Banner Triple Punch and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Wreath stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, sprinkled it with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.

I punched the sentiment out with the 1-1/4″ Circle Punch, adhered it to a 1-3/8″ Circle Punch from Basic Black card stock with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels that I’d colored with a red Sharpie marker to finish the card front.

Peaceful Wreath 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Wreath stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a Whisper White panel, then inked the holly image in Real Red, stamped it off twice and stamped it on the panel inside the card.
