I used the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Magic stamp set to create my card to share today.  I’ve been having a lot of fun watercoloring the images from the Holiday Catalog!  Here is another one.  🙂

My card design was loosely based on Mojo Monday 463.  The card was supposed to be tall and skinny but I have a hard time with those so I just used the sketch for a standard A2 card…and I left off the banner because I couldn’t get it to work with the other patterns.  So I guess that I sort-of made up my own sketch!  🙂

I started by adhering a panel from the Warmth & Cheer DSP Stack to a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock with SNAIL.  I wrapped a strand of 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon around the panel and adhered it with Fast Fuse Adhesive.

I wrapped a strand of Garden Green Baker’s Twine (from the Baker’s Twine Trio Pack) around the panel twice and then tied a bow with a Mini Jingle Bell strung through it.  I adhered the layered panel to a Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a smaller panel from the Warmth & Cheer DSP Stack to a panel of Garden Green card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the image and sentiment from the Christmas Magic stamp set in Basic Gray Archival ink on a panel of water color paper.  I used Soft Sky ink and an Aqua Painter to do a light watercolor wash over the background of the watercolor panel.

I used Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Crumb Cake and Delightful Dijon Markers to color the sign and wreath image and I used my Aqua Painter to paint over the colored areas to remove the marker lines and soften the colors.  I let the panel dry completely, then adhered it to a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock with Fast Fuse Adhesive and to a panel of Garden Green card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a little Clear Wink of Stella over the snow areas and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Magic stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink on a Whisper White card stock panel.  I inked the jingle bell image in Delightful Dijon, stamped it on scrap paper twice and then stamped it on the Whisper White panel before adhering it inside the card.
