Stampin’ Up! Daisy Delight Window Box

I used the Stampin’ Up! Window Box Thinlits Dies and the new Daisy Delight stamp set bundle to make a gift box to share with you today.  I made a Mother’s Day card with the Daisy Delight bundle earlier this week (you can see the details about it here) and I thought that a coordinating gift box would be perfect with it!

I started by cutting two panels of Pool Party card stock with the large die from the Window Box Thinlits Dies set.  I used the little heart die to cut “windows” on three of the box sides.  I adhered panels of Delightful Daisy DSP (available June 1) to panels of Whisper White card stock and then to the three uncut sides of the box.  I adhered the box together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the daisy image from the Daisy Delight photopolymer stamp set (available June 1) in Daffodil Delight ink twice on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I punched the images out with the matching Daisy Punch (available June 1), curled the petals up slightly with a Bone Folder and than adhered them together with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the flower center image from the Daisy Delight stamp set in Daffodil Delight ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, punched it out with the 1/2″ Circle Punch and then adhered it with SNAIL to the daisy center.  I added a Gold Faceted Gem (available June 1) to the flower center and then adhered it with a Stampin’ Dimensional to the top of the box.

I cut a panel of Old Olive card stock three times with the leaf die from the May Flowers Framelits Dies and I adhered the leaves under the daisy with Glue Dots.

You can find a list of supplies, card stock cuts, for this project at the very bottom of this post.

  1. Very very nice card and gift box. Is this for someone special? She will LOVE it! No cards for me. I’m shooting birds (with camera) this week! Have no supplies for cardmaking.

  2. Absolutely gorgeous Amy! You are so thoughtful, she’s going to live them 🙂 We plan on doing some “stained glass” style hearts for the moms (aka grandmoms). Oh boy, got to get started!!
