Stampin’ Up! Colorful Seasons Moonlight Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Colorful Seasons stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2017-18 Annual Catalog to create a clean and simple card to share with you today.

My card design was loosely inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #219.

My card was also inspired by The Paper Players #342.  I went right down the middle with green, die cut and leaves.

I started by punching a Post-It Note with the 1-3/8″ Circle Punch.  I punched near the edge so that some of the sticky part was inside the punched area.  I placed the circle punch on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then I used a Sponge Brayer to apply Night of Navy ink over the panel.

I stamped the sentiment from the Colorful Seasons photopolymer stamp set (available June 1) in Night of Navy ink on the top of the panel and then cut the tree branch and flowers with the coordinating Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies (available June 1) from Early Espresso, Blushing Bride and Powder Pink (available June 1) card stocks.  Then I cut the leaves out with the Lovely Laurel Thinlits die (available June 1) from Pear Pizzazz card stock.

I adhered the tree branch to the sponged panel with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then trimmed the overhang with a Paper Snips.  I stamped the flower centers over the flower die cuts with the images from the Colorful Seasons stamp set in Early Espresso ink and then adhered the leaves and flowers with rolled up Glue Dots.  I adhered the sponged panel to a panel of Night of Navy card stock with SNAIL and then to a Powder Pink card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the branch image from the Colorful Seasons stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, then added flower and leaf die cuts over it to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies, including card stock cuts, for this project at the very bottom of this post.

  1. Gosh Amy, I can’t wait to get the new catalog. This set I will definitely have to get. I love this card you made.

I also love the new pink. This month is going to go by slow until I get that catalog.

I saved this one to make when I get the set.
