I used the Stampin’ Up! Ready for Christmas stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2017 Holiday Catalog to create my card to share today.

My design is very loosely inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #298.  I you close one eye and tilt your head a little…you can see it.  🙂

I started by adhering a panel from the Quilted Christmas 6″ x 6″ DSP (available Sept 1) to a Garden Green card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then in inked the tree image from the Ready for Christmas photopolymer stamp set (available Sept 1) in Lemon Lime Twist ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it on a panel of Whisper White card stock.

I cut the steps with the Christmas Staircase Thinlits Dies (available in a bundle with the Ready for Christmas stamp set in on Sept 1) twice from two different panels of Wood Textures DSP.  I snipped the top off the lighter die cut step set and then stamped the sentiment from the Ready for Christmas stamp set over it in Early Espresso ink.  I adhered the two sets of steps together and then to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut eight pine branches from Garden Green card stock with the Christmas Staircase Thinlits Dies and adhered them to the stair rail with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I cut out little bows from Red Glimmer Paper and ornaments and the star from Gold Foil Sheets with the Christmas Staircase Thinlits Dies and adhered the ornaments to the card front with Glue Dots and the bows with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the Whisper White panel to a panel of Real Red card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiments and bow from the Ready for Christmas stamp set in Real Red and Garden Green inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock, then added a strip of the Quilted Christmas DSP to it to finish the inside of the card.
