Stampin’ Up! Sweet Little Something for Sunday Stamps

I used the Sweet Little Something stamp set from the upcoming Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog to create my card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC169.  Be sure to stop by the Sunday Stamps blog to see what the other design team members created and to play along too!

I started by embossing a panel of Soft Sky card stock with one of the Petal Pair Embossing Folders (available Jan 3).  I stamped the three small flower images from the Sweet Little Something photopolymer stamp set (available Jan 3) in Soft Sky ink randomly over the right side of the embossed panel.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Little Something stamp set in Night of Navy ink on the Soft Sky card stock panel and then adhered the embossed panel to a slightly larger panel of Soft Sky card stock with SNAIL.  I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel twice and tied a bow, then adhered the layered panel to a Night of Navy card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the three bunny images from the Sweet Little Something stamp set one-on-top of the other in Crumb Cake ink.  I added a little color to the ears and nose with my Dark Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Blends Marker and then cut the image out with one of the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies.  I adhered the die cut circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the more solid bow image from the Baby Bear photopolymer stamp set in Soft Sky ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I inked the bow details image in Night of Navy ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it over the Soft Sky image.  I snipped the bow out and adhered it with a rolled up Glue Dot to the bunny.  I added a Pink Pirouette enamel heart from the Subtles Enamel Shapes pack next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Baby Bear stamp set in Night of Navy ink across the center of a Whisper White card stock panel and the small flowers from the Sweet Little Something stamp set in Soft Sky ink across the bottom of the panel to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies, including card stock cuts, used to create this project at the very bottom of this blog post.
