I used the Stampin’ Up! Happy Wishes Sale-a-bration exclusive stamp set and the You Move Me stamp set bundle to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop today.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I created for it.

Here are the colors that we’re using this week:

The design for my card was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #253.

And the colors also fit the challenge for The Card Concept #84.  This is a clean and simple design.

I started by embossing a panel of Powder Pink card stock with one of the Petal Pair Embossing Folders.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Wishes stamp set (Sale-a-bration exclusive item) in VersaMark Ink, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.

I adhered the stamped panel to a slightly larger panel of Powder Pink card stock with SNAIL, then wrapped a strand of Basic Black Solid Baker’s Twine around it and tied a bow.  I adhered the layered panel to a Powder Pink card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut panels of Basic Black and Gold Foil Sheets with the butterfly dies from the Move Me Thinlits Dies and adhered them together in the center with a Glue Dot and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the two small butterfly images from the You Move Me photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic Black card stock, sprinkled them with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I cut the little butterflies out with the coordinating Move Me Thinlits Die and adhered them with Glue Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the small solid butterfly image from the You Move Me stamp set in Powder Pink ink across a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
