Stampin’ Up! Alpine Adventure Sneak Peek

I used the Alpine Adventure stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2018 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Global Design Project #GDP150.

I started by adhering a panel from the All Is Bright DSP pack (available Sept 5) to a panel of Soft Suede card stock with SNAIL. Then I die cut a panel of Soft Suede card stock three times with the snowshoe die from the Alpine Sports Thinlits Dies (available Sept 5). I stamped the small snowflake image from the Alphine Adventure photopolymer stamp set (available Sept 5) on each of the die cuts in Soft Suede ink ad then adhered the die cuts to the DSP panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I die cut a panel of Garden Green and a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stocks with dies from the Alpine Sports Thinlits Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the larger panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I punched the end of a panel of All Is Bright DSP and a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Banner Triple Punch and then stamped the sentiment and lined image from the Alpine Adventure stamp set in Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green (stamped on scrap paper once) inks on the Whisper White card stock panel.

I adhered the banners to the card front with SNAIL and then pulled a strand of Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine (available Sept 5) through one of the Galvanized Buttons (available Sept 5) and tied a bow. I adhered the button to the card front with a Glue Dot and added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel next to the holly leaves. I adhered the layered panel to a Cherry Cobbler card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment from the Alpine Adventure stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink and then added the snowshoe and lined images in Crumb Cake and Garden Green inks (stamped on scrap paper once) on a Whisper White card stock panel inside the card.
