Stampin’ Up! Making Christmas Bright for Fab Friday

I used the Stampin’ Up! Making Christmas Bright stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2018 Holiday Catalog to create my card for the Fab Friday color challenge this week.

Here are the colors for Fab Friday 144.  Hope that you’ll stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by stamping the sentiments from the Making Christmas Bright photopolymer stamp set (available Sept 5) in Call Me Clover and Poppy Parade inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then I used the fine-tip on my Gray Granite Stampin’ Write Marker and I drew a swirly line across the panel.

I stamped the base of the lightbulb images from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, sprinkled them with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  Then I stamped the bulb images from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set in Poppy Parade, Call Me Clover, Lemon Lime Twist and Calypso Coral inks on the Whisper White card stock panel.

I punched the images out with the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch (available Sept 5), adhered the pieces together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with Glue Dots.  I adhered the stamped panel to a larger panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL and then to a Thick Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added one of the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (available Sept 5) next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set in Call Me Clover ink and then added the circle image in Lemon Lime Twist ink (stamped on scrap paper once) to a Whisper White card stock panel on the inside of the card.
