Stampin’ Up! Poinsettia Petals CAS Christmas Card for Fab Friday

I used the Stampin’ Up! Poinsettia Petals stamp set and some of the sweet Trimming The Town DSP to create a quick Christmas card for the Fab Friday sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Fab Friday 197.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play  along too!

I started by adhering a panel from the Trimming The Town DSP to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut another panel of the Trimming The Town DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I punched the ends of a panel of Poppy Parade card stock with the Banners Pick A Punch and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut three trees from the Trimming The Town DSP with the coordinating Home Together Dies and I adhered two of the trees to the card front with Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Poinsettia Petals photopolymer stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added the third tree die cut with a Glue Dot to the sentiment.  I added three All The Trimmings Embellishments to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Poinsettia Petals stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then added a strip of the Trimming The Town DSP to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.

I’ve created a printable PDF with written instructions and a list of products used to create this card.  You can download, print and/or save it by clicking this image:
