Stampin’ Up! Always In My Heart Anniversary Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “Love” theme and I’m featuring the Always In My Heart stamp set bundle for my project.

My card design was inspired by TGIF Challenge #TGIFC298.

I started by cutting a panel of Basic White card stock with the largest die from the Floral Hearts Dies.  I embossed the center heart die cut with the Subtle Embossing Folder and then adhered the two die cut pieces to a panel of Basic White card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered the panel to a larger panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the flower images from the Always In My Heart photopolymer stamp set in Flirty Flamingo, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green inks (stamped off once for the solid images) on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut them out with the coordinating Floral Heart Dies.  I adhered the die cut flowers to the card front with Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment image from the Always In My Heart stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Basic White card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with the banner die from the Floral Heart Dies and then adhered the die cut banner with Glue Dots on the ends and Stampin’ Dimensionals in the center to the card front.  I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment and flower from the Always In My Heart stamp set in Coastal Cabana and Flirty Flamingo inks (stamped off once for the solid flower image) on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.
