Stampin’ Up! Christmas Scottie Card & Tag With Video Tutorial

I used the cute Christmas Scottie stamp set bundle from Stampin’ Up! to create a Christmas card and tag to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on my YouTube channel here.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Scottie Card & Tag

I started by cutting panels of Gingham Cottage DSP and Perfectly Penciled DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the two panels together and then to a panel of Basic Black card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Scottie photopolymer stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut the panel with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I used the Stamparatus to stamp the dog image from the Christmas Scottie stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I punched the image out with the coordinating Scottie Dog Punch and then adhered the dog to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bow images from the Christmas Scottie stamp set in Real Red ink one on top of the other and then punched the image out with the Scottie Dog Punch.  I adhered the punch to the dog image with Mini Glue Dots.  I added a Festive Pearl next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Scottie Card & Tag

I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Scottie stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Gingham Cottage DSP to finish the inside of the card.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Scottie Card & Tag

I stamped the dog image from the Christmas Scottie stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Tailor Made Tags Dies.  I added the sentiment and bow in Real Red ink and then cut a strip of Gingham Cottage DSP and adhered it to the bottom of the panel.  I pulled a strand of Black & White 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon through the top of the tag and tied a knot and then added a Festive Pearl to finish the tag.
