Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest Fall Card for the Happy Inkin Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Hello Harvest Fall Card

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by embossing a panel of Basic Black card stock with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.  Adhere the embossed panel to the front of the Basic Black card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Cut two panels of Rustic Harvest DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  Adhere the two panels to the card front with Stampin’ Seal so that one is slightly off-set.

I adhered two Open Leaf Trinkets to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Harvest stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic Black card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Folders and then heat embossed it.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two gold dots from the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Rustic Harvest DSP with Stampin’ Seal to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
