I used the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora stamp set and coordinating dies to create a quick birthday card to share with you today. I made this project out on Instagram this morning and you can see it here.
My card design works for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge TTTC219. I think that I’ve covered everything except for “not a card” and “ribbon or twine” on the board.
I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the crosshatch folder from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders (Online Exclusive item). I adhered the embossed panel with Stampin’ Seal to the front of a Thick Basic White card base. Then I punched the end of a strip of Delightfully Eclectic DSP with the Banners Pick A Punch and I adhered the punched panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I cut another panel of Delightfully Eclectic DSP with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I punched both ends of a strip of Bubble Bath card stock with the Banners Pick A Punch and then stamped the sentiment from the Hello Kiwi photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on the banner, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and heat embossed it. I adhered the banner to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the flower and leaf images from the Two-Tone Flora photopolymer stamp set in Bubble Bath (stamped off once for the solid flower image) and Night of Navy inks on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut the images out with the coordinating Two-Tone Flora Dies and then adhered the flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the leaves with Mini Glue Dots to the card front. I added three Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Pansy Patch photopolymer stamp set in Night Of Navy ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Delightfully Eclectic DSP to finish the inside of the card.

Sales Tax Holidays Coming Soon – Save On Stampin’ Up! Supplies!
Woohoo! Twelve states have upcoming Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!
The states with upcoming tax holidays are: Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. So if you live in one of those states, take a second to download the spreadsheet below and mark your calendar!
Here is the list of states having sales tax holidays, what the dates are and what supplies will be tax free during the holiday (click on the image to download a full-size printable page):
Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday). Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.
For those wondering about Georgia, Louisiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin, those states have suspended the sales tax holiday again this year.
