Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Grateful Heart Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set bundle from the upcoming September-December 2023 Mini Catalog to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Autumn Leaves Grateful Heart Card

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering two panels of All About Autumn DSP (available September 6) to a panel of Copper Clay card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Early Espresso card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the double leaf image from the Autumn Leaves photopolymer stamp set (available September 6) in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Copper Clay card stock and then cut the image out with the coordinating Autumn Leaves Dies (available September 6).  I adhered the die cut leaves with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.  Then I adhered a small length of copper ribbon from the Copper & Natural Ribbon Combo Pack in a “v” with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Copper Clay card stock sprinkled it with copper embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with the coordinating Autumn Leaves Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two copper dots from the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to the card front to finish it.

I adhered a strip of All About Autumn DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

  1. Amy, this card is breathtaking! I’m so inspired by all of the cards from your team on Blog Hop days. So many ideas and talented ways to use SU’ products. I’m anxious to get my hands on these awesome Autumn products myself, and counting the days until the catalog goes live for us non-demonstrators! 🙂

  2. I just want to THANK YOU for posting your directions on line. I get majority of my ideas from you. DON’T STOP!

  3. Gorgeous card! Can you share what dies you used? I don’t see the Espresso leave dies you used in the Autumn Leaves Die set. 🙁

    • Thanks Liz. The stamps and dies are from the Autumn Leaves stamp set bundle. You can see the leaf image in the September-December 2023 Mini Catalog on page 44. 🙂
