Stampin’ Up! In Bloom Whitewashed You Are Amazing Card With Video Tutorial
I used the Stampin’ Up! In Bloom stamp set bundle to create a congratulations card to share with you today. I did a light whitewash technique on the background and I showed you how I did the whitewash and how I created the card in a video on my Facebook page here and on my YouTube channel here.
