I used the new Expressions Thinlits Dies and the Hearts a Flutter stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to create my card today.  My card design was inspired by the Retrosketches #76 and by The Paper Players #158.

I started by adhering a panel of Strawberry Slush DSP from the 2013-15 DSP Stacks to a Whisper White card base with SNAIL.  Then I embossed a panel of Crisp Cantaloupe Core’dinations Card Stock with the Pretty Print Embossing Foler, sanded the raised areas and adhered it to a panel of Whisper White.  Next, I cut a panel of Pear Pizzazz DSP from the Subtles DSP Stacks, adhered it to a Whisper White panel, cut the banner end with my Paper Snips then adhered it to the Crisp Cantaloupe panel with SNAIL.  I wrapped a piece of Silver 1/8″ RIbbon around the layered panels, adhered it with SNAIL, then adhered the layered panels to the card front with SNAIL.

I cut a heart from the Silver Foil Sheets using the Hearts Collection Framelits Dies, embossed it with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I stamped the image from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set in VersaMark ink on a Strawberry Slush panel, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, heat embossed it, cut it out with the Hearts a Flutter Framelits die and adhered it to the silver heart with SNAIL.  I stamped the Hearts a Flutter smaller heart images in Crisp Cantaloupe and Pear Pizzazz on a Whisper White panel (using my Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement), cut the image out with the Hearts a Flutter Framelits die and adhered it to the Strawberry Slush heart with SNAIL.  I punched out a Small Heart Punch from the Silver Foil Sheets and I adhered it over the stamped heart with SNAIL.

To finish the card front, I tied a bow using the Silver 1/8″ Ribbon and adhered it with a Glue Dot.  Then I applied a small piece of the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets to the back of a small piece of the Silver Foil Sheets.  I cut the sentiment out with the Expressions Thinlits Dies, peeled the sticker backing off and applied it to the card front.

I also stamped the scalloped heart image again in Strawberry Slush inside the card.
