Stampin’ Up! Artistically Asian for the Happy Stampers Blog Hop

HappyStampersBlogPostBannerI used the Stampin’ Up! Artistically Asian stamp set to create my card for the Happy Stampers color challenge this week.  My card was inspired by a pretty card that Siara Acdal created, you can see it here.

Artistically Asian - Stamp With Amy K

Here are the colors that we’re using this week:

July 28

I started by stamping the bamboo image from the Artistically Asian stamp set in VersaMark ink several times across the front of a Thick Whisper White card base.  I sprinkled the images with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.

Artistically Asian 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I inked the lower part 0f the large blossom image from the Artistically Asian stamp set with Old Olive ink and then used my Old Olive and Delightful Dijon Stampin’ Write Markers to color the blooms and longer stems.  I stamped the image on a panel of Whisper White card stock.

Artistically Asian 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Artistically Asian stamp set in Pool Party ink under and a little to the right the flower image on the Whisper White panel.  Then I added a gold heart from the Metallic Enamel Shapes pack next to the sentiment.

Artistically Asian 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Delightful Dijon card stock with SNAIL and then to an Old Olive card stock panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with SNAIL.

Artistically Asian 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I inked and colored the blossom image from the Artistically Asian stamp set in Old Olive and Delightful Dijon inks and stamped it on a Whisper White panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Old Olive card stock and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base with SNAIL.
