I used the Stampin’ Up! Suite Seasons stamp set to create another clean and simple holiday card. I’ve been on a roll trying to get those Christmas cards done by Thanksgiving again this year. 🙂
My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 299.
The non-traditional Christmas colors for my card were inspired by Pals Paper Arts PPA319.
I started by adhering a Mint Macaron panel from the 2016-2018 In Color DSP Stack to a panel of Emerald Envy card stock with SNAIL and then to an Emerald Envy card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I embossed a panel of Flirty Flamingo card stock with the Holly Embossing Folder and adhered it to a panel of Emerald Envy card stock and then to the card front with SNAIL. I colored the sentiment and holly image from the Suite Seasons stamp set with my Emerald Envy, Mint Macaron and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Write Markers and I stamped it on a panel of Whisper White card stock.
I cut the sentiment out with a Layering Circles Framelits die and I adhered it with SNAIL to a scalloped circle that I’d cut with another Layering Circle Framelits die from Emerald Envy card stock. I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel next to the sentiment to finish the card front.
I colored just the holly image from the Suite Seasons stamp set sentiment stamp with Emerald Envy and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Write Markers and I stamped it on a Whisper White panel inside the card. I repeated that process a second time.

You’ve combined these challenges perfectly! I love both the colors and the design for a Christmas card. This sentiment is so large, it’s hard to find a design that works well for it, but this design totally does! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment! 🙂
I wouldn’t have thought to add flirty flamingo to emerald envy and mint macaron, but it totally works! I love how you used the sentiment as the focal point of the card – and I have that set so I can totally case you 🙂
I wouldn’t have put these colors together myself either, but I think that they work! Feel free to CASE away! 🙂
Great card, Amy!! Love this stamp set! 🙂
Thanks Mary! I love it too! 🙂
