Stampin’ Up! High Tide for the 2017 Autism Matters Blog Hop
Welcome to the 2017 Autism Matters Blog Hop! Raising awareness and funds for research and services for those with autism is very near and dear to me…I have a daughter with autism. And I’m so honored that so many awesome Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from across the country have agreed to take part in this hop!
Each of us will be sharing a fact about autism with you so as you roll through the hop, you’ll hopefully learn a little about autism too!
Boys are 4 times more likely to have Autism than girls. This fact always puts a smile on my face…we’re definitely in the minority having a girl with autism. My daughter is typically the only girl in her classroom at school so she’s learned to be “one of the boys” too.
For our projects today, we are all using the primary colors from the autism heart above. I used the High Tide stamp set since these colors are perfect for the beach!
Stampin’ Up! High Tide for the Inkin’ Krew Card Swap
Last week, I’d shown off some of the pretty cards that I got at our team meeting from the swap that we did (you can see them here) and I mentioned that I’d be sharing my swap card a little later. I used the Stampin’ Up! High Tide stamp set to create my card for the team swap.
