For my card today, I used the Stampin’ Up! Countryside and Best Dad Ever stamp sets. Both of these sets are retiring on June 3 and the Parkers Pattern DSP that I used for the background also goes away on May 31. I love this paper for masculine cards and both of these stamp sets make great manly cards too! My card design was inspired by the Mojo Monday 294 Sketch.

Fabulous Florets in Pacific Point and Basic Black
Today I’m sharing a card that I made using the Stampin’ Up! stamp sets called Fabulous Florets and Sweet Essentials. The colors were inspired by the Dynamic Duos #53.
Hearts a Flutter – And a Pressed Clay Sneak Peek
Had some fun playing with the new In Colors and the Simply Pressed Clay that will both be available on May 31 from Stampin’ Up! I used my Hearts a Flutter Framelits Die to “cut” the Simply Pressed Clay while it was still wet, it worked a lot like a cookie cutter…so fun! My card design was inspired by the Sketch Frenzy Friday 051713.
Quick Best Dad Ever Birthday
I needed to make a card for my Brother-in-Law for his birthday. I pulled out the retiring Stampin’ Up! stamp set called Best Dad Ever and I added in a little Parker’s Pattern DSP from the Spring Catalog to make a clean and simple “manly” card. My card design was inspired The Paper Players Challenge #146, CAS Masculine Card.
Mosaic Madness Sneak Peek
Thought it was time to share another sneak peek from the new Stampin’ Up! catalog with you today. I used the new Mosaic Madness stamp set, Quatrefancy DSP and Mosaic Punch to create this card. I also used the Curly Cute stamp set for the sentiment, which will only be available until June 3. My card design was inspired by the Sketch Frenzy Friday Sketch, I just turned it on it’s side.
Topsy-Turvy Celebration – Some Old Some New
For my card share today, I used the retiring stamp set from Stampin’ Up! called Topsy-Turvy Celebration. I also used one of the new Brights Collection colors called Bermuda Bay and two retiring colors, Regal Rose and Certainly Celery. My card design was inspired by the Pals Paper Arts 159 Sketch.
Best of Flowers with Fabulous Florets
Today I’m sharing a card that I created with the Stampin’ Up! stamp sets called Best of Flowers and Fabulous Florets. I thought the Fabulous Florets sentiment topped this flower filled card perfectly! My card design was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches #86 and the colors were inspired by the Fab Friday 18 Color Challenge.
Just Thinking In Color Card
Today I’m sharing a card that I made using the Just Thinking and Serene Silhouettes stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! The card design was inspired by the Mojo Monday 293 Sketch and the colors were inspired by The Paper Players #145 Color Challenge.
Papillon Potpourri Bokeh Effect Card
Today I’m sharing a card that I created by using the Bokeh Effect Technique. I saw the Bokeh Effect description on Split Coast Stampers and I thought it would be perfect for this card. I used the Stampin’ Up! Papillon Potpourri, Pleasant Poppies and Banner Greetings stamp sets for stamping and I used the Dynamic Duos #10 for the color inspiration. Dynamic Duos is celebrating it’s 1 year anniversary of color challenges so we could pick any of the past color challenges to repeat. I picked Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive.
Towels for Two Casual Wedding Card
I used the Stampin’ Up! single stamp called Towels for Two to make a more casual wedding card. There are 10 single stamps that will be available through July 31 so if you haven’t checked them out yet, click here to see them in my online store. I also used the Pop-up Posies Designer Kit to make the flower and for the tag.
My card design was inspired by the Retrosketches #63.
