I used the Perfect Pennants stamp set and Retro Fresh DSP & Washi Tape from Stampin’ Up! to create a masculine birthday card to share today. The Mojo Monday #328 sketch was the inspiration for my card design.

Happy New Year!! Hope that you all had a safe and enjoyable New Years Eve. Yippee Skippee Banner Card – Stampin’ Up!

Black Embossed Best New Year Card – Stampin’ Up!
I’m sharing a little sneak peek at the new Banners Framelits Dies along with a cool technique for using clear embossing powder on a dark panel. I used the Best New Year stamp set and Positively Chevron background stamp from Stampin’ Up! to create my card today. I used the Banners Framelits Dies from the upcoming 2014 Occasions Catalog to cut out and frame my sentiment too.

I’ve got another sneak peek at a new stamp set from the upcoming 2014 Occasions Catalog from Stampin’ Up! They’ve got a beautiful new background stamp called Hardwood, I love it! I was one of the first items added to my preorder and I’ve used it to create a masculine birthday card to share with you today.

As you’ve probably guessed, I love to do sketch challenges and I wanted to show you how you can create two quick cards with one sketch for inspiration.
The cards were inspired by the Monday Lunchtime Sketch 288.
